Bazzani Scully Brand has one of Melbourne’s largest and most experienced hospitality practices. We have extensive expertise in liquor and gaming law, having acted for many prominent clients in the Australian hotel, club and gaming industry.

The firm acts for many hotel groups within the industry who have a number of licensed establishments as well as for many individual hotel owners, in both city and country. The directors of the firm have acted in some of the largest transactions involving hotels and gaming venues in Victoria as well as conducting a number of landmark applications relating to the establishment of new hotel and club venues with gaming machines.

We provide extensive advice on due diligence and compliance issues for transactions involving licensed premises, with or without gaming machines, so as to ensure expeditious settlement of transactions for the benefit of clients. We understand the complex regulatory framework governing many licensed transactions and pride ourselves on ensuring applications are settled as soon as possible so as to avoid costly delays for clients.
