Peter was admitted to practice in 1984 and is an accredited property law specialist.
Peter was a founding director of Bazzani Brand Lawyers and has for over 20 years acted in the property affairs of Melbourne’s leading investors and developers.
He has extensive experience and skill in the acquisition, development and sale of industrial, retail and commercial property, and in the acquisition, development and leaseback of CBD and inner Melbourne commercial buildings.
Peter is a leading practitioner in the area of commercial and retail leases and provides sound legal advice to a number of Melbourne’s established commercial real estate agencies.
Acting also for prominent shopping centre owners, hoteliers and business proprietors, Peter has experience and knowledge across a broad range of industries.
Peter’s practice also includes working with some of Melbourne’s well known motor vehicle dealers and he has been involved in many large and complex commercial transactions relating to motor vehicle dealerships.
Peter heads our Banking and Finance practice as we act for lending institutions in providing commercial and domestic loan facilitates to business operators, developers and residential home owners.
